    I am a Pro user of Wptouch with the Mobile store theme.

    – The theme looks nice, it’s fast, but don’t expect everything to work out of the box if you have a lot of different plugins installed, you may have to do a lot of customisation.

    – When the support answered, it was helpful.

    – Not properly prepared for translation – for some strings you have to edit the .php files directly, which I imagine can get overwritten on updates.

    – Response time of tech support is a DISASTER, even if you are a pro user. First time I sent them a support request I waited two weeks for a reply. We managed to solve some of the issues, now a blackout again and I’m still waiting. You could tell me when approximately you will handle the request, you could give me directions to solve it myself, you could tell me you are too busy right now… but no, you choose to ignore the requests and now I’m left wondering if I am even going to be able to solve the bugs. My e-store should already be online and selling things, but it is not.

    Note that I also had a couple of pre-sale questions, which were answered the next day.

    Either the developer is seriously understaffed or has a really questionable business model. Either way – currently the plugin could be great for a blog, personal website etc., but I would never recommend it for e-commerce, where your income could depend on it.
