Good plugin, too bad customer service is unresponsive

    The plugin is exactly what I have been looking for and I came upon one little error – pdf files show a broken image instead of a thumbnail upon upload. Unfortunately customer service has not responded after submitting a ticket and contacting them directly on their site.
