Good plugin, recurring subscription for Pro

    This plugin is one of the rare plugins which provides a decent backend UI for easy adding and editing fields. Only the missing option to move fields from one section to another (billing to order for example) was a small downer.

    What really grinds my gears was the payment while buying the pro option. Nowhere does their checkout say something about a yearly recurring subscription, in their terms and conditions you will find this:

    “Products are offered as a Subscription, meaning that is offered on a recurring basis for a designated period, whether free or paid.”

    – wow, at least inform your customers in the checkout and let them opt-out if you prefer this recurring subs. I had to login into Paypal to cancel this nonsense. This – right here – is bad customer experience.

    How tomaszwp stated in a comment below, there are information provided on the website about the subscription. I’m raising my rating by 1 Star.

    +4 stars for the customer relation management & great UI / plugin features
    -1 star for the missing option to move fields between sections and the missing option to make a single payment without subscription.

    Information that all subscriptions are annual is visible in several places on the website – also during Checkout. There is no information that the subscription is one-time or for a lifetime.

    The subscription is extended if the status of the user is set to Active. If the user disables the subscription in the account then it will not be renewed. So logging in to PayPal and removing the annual extension is not required.

    We hope that our plugin in the PRO version will be a good purchase!

    Thanks. We appreciate the increase in rating.

    I agree that not having the option to move fields between sections can be bothersome. I will report the need for change to our Developer – but I do not promise that it will be feasible.
