  • I paid for the developer license of this plugin and was satisfied with the customer support when I had easy questions for them. However, when they made a crude work around to fix a problem with one plugin they created another one with what I can only assume is multiple plugins revolving around the wp_login hook. When I requested support from the developer I never heard back from them and this was over 8 days ago and multiple emails and this plugin was affecting many of my production sites. I would have thought they would at the very least respond and say they were too busy, whatever… But NOTHING… VERY disappointed!
