Good Plugin, Great Support

Surprisingly there aren’t many keyword-based search and insert tooltip plugins for WordPress, but this plugin fills that space, and does it well. It has a bunch of good options and features, and because it automatically detects keywords, I don’t have to manually insert each tooltip on the entire website, which is very nice.

It didn’t run flawlessly out of the box on my sites, but I was also loading a few external jQuery libraries and a bunch of other jQuery based plugins. So I had a few jQuery conflicts here and there. However, the support team was very responsive, and was even quick to push out new versions of the plugin with my feature requests within days. They added a feature to load the plugin in the footer vs the header, which helped my jQuery issues quite a bit. They also added a feature to control the WordPress hook priority where the plugin loads.

They were able to help figure out my issues, and the plugin’s authors are friendly and willing to work to solve your issue. I have pro version, and I recommend it.
