We started with the free version and then upgraded to Pro. If you aren’t super familiar with setting up Facebook Apps, the set up can be a little time consuming, but directions and videos are readily available to help you along the way.
The plugin works great and does everything as expected once integrated with Facebook. However, when we ran into a glitch during set up, we did reach out to support for some insight. The response we received were quick (less than 30 minutes, although it’s noted that you should expect 1 business day), helpful and accurate. The developer also followed up with us to make sure everything was working correctly afterward.
Good free plugins are hard to find (which is part of why we frequently upgrade – we need to support good developers financially). We’re thoroughly pleased with our experience here.
