  • We really enjoy using this plugin, so upgraded to pro version. However, there was a bug in the ‘resend’ email and we’ve been waiting for support but we’ve had a poor response.
    We had one email asking which PHP we were running and it’s now been over a month and still nothing. If we were ‘free’ customers I would understand to a point, but we paid for this plugin. Based on the customer service alone I would not recommend this plugin. Sorry, peeps but customer service is just as important as a working plugin!
