Good Plugin but needs improvement

I like the functionality of this plugin, but we have had some issues that needed fixes. The last problem we had with it was quite significant, and it took the team several days to fix it, but they did. I think it is a good plugin overall, as it offers a lot of customization options. The pro version is a good price, and the team does their best to help when issues arise.
