    Hi @ehsdev,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the trouble after the last update.

We’ve tested the latest version of the plugin on our side and it’s working correctly, so we’d really appreciate it if you could share the logs from your site (WooCommerce logs / PHP error logs) so we can investigate what’s going wrong in your specific setup.

As a temporary workaround, you can also roll back to a previous plugin version here:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/payment-gateway-accept-blue-for-woocommerce/advanced/

Go to Advanced Options, select the version to download from the dropdown.

Once we have the logs, we’ll be happy to dig into this further and help you get payments working again.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the update.

We’ve checked the plugin logs on our side, but unfortunately they don’t show which exact field is causing the validation error. To investigate this properly, we’ll need to review your server-side logs – that’s where the full error details should appear.

Could you please share the relevant server logs for November 11th, specifically around this timestamp: 2025-11-11T14:19:53+00:00

With these logs we should be able to identify the root cause and provide a proper fix.

    Thank you!

    Hi @ehsdev,

Thanks a lot for sharing the update and the additional logs – really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, this still hasn’t helped us pinpoint the root cause of the issue. We’re continuing to investigate it on our side and are looking into several possible factors that may be triggering this behavior.

As soon as we have any updates or new findings, I’ll let you know right away.

Thanks again for your patience and cooperation!
