  • We’ve been using PM Pro for our non profit for several years. The plugin works well. Whenever there has been an issue, there is support, although it can take a few days. I’ve only had one not so good experience with a support person, out of several interactions over several years. They have lots of add ons for various situations, and these seem to be created due to customer requests, which is great. I don’t think there is really another substitute for this plugin for membership sites.
