Good plugin and base functionalities. Support and documentation is average

I have bought the plugin bundle with all the extensions. The plugin has a wide variety of options and with the extensions you can setup a great base for a social platform. Basic settings are explained in the documentation but that’s it. I have contacted support (as paying customer) and always get the same answer (we’ll look into it in the future). I don’t even always get an answer when I ask how certain options work.
If you can figure out stuff yourself and make your own modifications, this is a great base to create your social platform.
Do you need clear options and documentation then ask yourself if this is for you or hire someone to help.
