  • I have been using this product in various projects for three customers for several years. In short: No customer was completly enthusiastic about the product. Only one customer still uses this software today. The main criticisms were the annual price for updates & maintenance as well as the coding of the software (e.g. database/too many queries). The essential further development of the product and the support was also criticized. Based on the feedback from customers and users, I rate the free version of the product as good.

    The main criticisms were the annual price for updates & maintenance as well as the coding of the software (e.g. database/too many queries).

    We’re currently thinking around ways to further improve performance. It’s something that can take a while to roll out (apart from anything else, we do not want to introduce backwards-incompatible changes) but we’re working on it 🙂

    The essential further development of the product and the support was also criticized.
