    Hi there,

    If you’re looking for a good and fresh lightbox, ModuloBox is a good option. Even the free version has a lot of feature, and as I can see, the paid version has a lot more (much more!).

    However, I’m giving only two stars becase it seems that there isn’t any support for the free version available here. With the limitations of the free version, technical support is really needed. I know this is the free version, but this plugin isn’t provided by a person which works on it during her/his spare time. This plugin was developed by a company named Themeone, and as it looks, without time to answers simple questions. So, the plugin has been left on its on look.

    Let’s see if technical support reacts to this review.

    I work alone here for my company. There isn’t any team behind Themeone Company. A company does not necessarily have many people.

    I replied to your ticket. I didn’t received any notification about it. That’s the reason you just received a reply to it.

    Hi Themeone,

    Good to know that your’re receiving (at least) review reports.

    Recommendation: contact WordPress? in order to know why you aren’t receiving user queries via the plugin platform.

    It’s bad publicity not to get support from developer.

    I changed my review. But I’m giving 4 stars because I consider that you should take a look on WordPress to see if users need help.

    I think you didn’t correctly understood. I am the developer of ModuloBox.
    So, you got support from the developer.

    I didn’t received notification, about your ticket, because you certainly unchecked notification when sending your ticket. Otherwise, it’s a “bug” for which I can do nothing about it.

    May I ask:

    Are you writing about the check box to the left of “Notify me of follow-up replies via email?

    If so, then, it seems to be a bug. Since the check box is checked, I’m receiving your replies.
