I’m sorry but I have to give only 3 stars review. The plugin looks very solid and impressive with all the paid addons, but my experience is that none of the free ones are working. They all have some features that don’t work. Here’s a list:
    – premium package: cart experience doesn’t look like advertised, checkout don’t work, locking one file makes all other files locked, it has poor settings for what is supposed to do
    – template page: doesn’t create any template but relies on your theme’s, so it’s useless
    – button image: there are many “label buttons” but no chance to create that label

I’m sure the premium version rocks, but I’m not willing to go for it if the free one doesn’t work. Keep up the spirit anyway.

UPDATE: I really don’t understand why this plugin looks so professional and promising, it has many features and addons, and then you face a negligent support team who won’t bother solving your problems. Just look at how many threads open in the forum that goes unanweserd. Very bad business attitude, they dig their own grave by doing so.

Actually premium package should work fine with with wpdm too. However as you pointed our the issue in your list:

    — Checkout page is working fine for other user, but in your case it is not working because your theme is messing up inline js code ( https://www.evernote.com/l/AV2YjbZy4-RAC76HVICJiqTqKNWX4ACniSgB/image.png )
    — WPDM has an integrated simple page template, but to make it like your theme, there may require to build your own theme template. However plugin doesn’t have much responsibility on this, but we have plan to add some more variation soon.
    — You may use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-image-button/ for this purpose, but we also have this in our to do list.

    Thanks for your contribution 🙂

    – documentation is incredibly confusing: no examples, no feature list for free/pro versions
    – basic addons (shop, shortcodes) should be included in the main plugin, and not separate plugins
