Good idea not well executed

    The plugin has two options:
    1. Connect on checkout (makes checkout slow)
    2. Connect after checkout (may bring errors on payment)

    I want neither of two.

    NOTE: even non customers who have registered to the site must have option to use same username/password on zendesk support site. This is possible with official Zendesk WordPress plugin.

    Thank you for your response.
    WooCommerce Zendesk Connect is a work in progress, but we’re trying to make it better.
    We’ve changed the way the plugin creates users and we will implement a “create user on order complete” function in a future release.

    I think you’re correct when you say that non customers should login to Zendesk as well. Our plugin is not a replacement of the official Zendesk WordPress plugin, we’re using both plugin. This way we use the best of both plugins.
