Good idea, just missing some features

    Hello,

    Thanks for plugin. It’s almost what i need, just from different side. Now, example, when i choosing one city, it’s making just one city shipping possibilities. But, i need additional shipping method, if choosing that one city, not delete another. So, need not remove shipping method, but add additional.
