• The plugin implements some great ideas/features.

    But unfortunately it is full of bugs. Lots of things are not working or not working correctly. Really annoying.

    For example: It lets people book for appointments for times that are in the past. In my Business that means people book an appointment for a time that is already past, then blame me for not coming on-time.

    Like this, the plugin is not useable at all. I contacted the support, got 1 answer which was useless and never heard from the support again despite contacting them multiple times. I even set up a whole new website with a new Bookingpress system. Always the same problem. It allows bookings for times that are already past and also does not consider any buffer times. Strangely the problem only exists on some locations / services. On others it works fine. I tried everything but I can’t get it to work properly. No answers from the support. I guess I wasted my money and LOTS of time for an unusable product.

    The support is absolutely useless. On other problems before they blamed everyone and everything else but not their own product.

    I wish it would be working properly, then it would be a really great product.

    Thank you for the feedback and giving complements on plugin features.

    Regarding plugin issues you claimed i think support staff had given you information and replied your ticket multiple times in last 2 days. There are no such issues present in plugin which you stated above and we tried to clear your confusion as well. Still let me clear here as well since you raised your concern here.

    1. It is not possible for your customers to Book appointment in past date. If you felt so then it is probably because of timezone difference from your website time and device time from which you are making booking. System will work according to the time you stated on your WordPress website. We had shared you video as well. If you still believe there is an issue you can provide support staff some proof and way of how to regenerate the issue and they definitely fix any such issue immediately if present.

    2. Also, you stated here that support staff is blaming others for their problems. I think that is also not true as there as our support staff is always committed to solve the issue and that is what they did, if something happened due to server configuration then unfortunately they have to point you in that direction in order to solve your problem and it does not mean it is blaming someone.

    From your review, i believe you still want to use BookingPress but just have some issues which you wanted to be addressed and we are more than happy to help but it make take few hours to reply due to timezone difference between our locations.
