    Unfortunately your automatic cancellation form didn’t work, it sent me in an endless loop from form to email back to the same form. I had to prove it wasn’t working via chat, round & round. Even if it had worked, the form was still awkward as it asked for a “domain name” and password when it really wanted the username and password I used to edit translations on my own site; and the email address it needed was my PayPal email, not the email I’d used to sign up for the Gtranslate account.

    In any case, in the end nothing worked except for a support guy to do it for me. But he was very nice! 🙂
