Good functionality but update policy makes it unusable

This plugin addresses the right features for its target audience, so functionaly it’s good.

However, they insist on using a download method of any updates which has to be done manually.

This is tedious for one site, time consuming for 2-3 sites and totally impractical for the 20 plus sites I run.
