    @nuriarai, would you care to take a look at Capability Manager Enhanced 1.7.1 ?

    I have added extensive support for custom taxonomy capabilities. Find the new “Taxonomy-Specific Capabilities” and “Detailed Taxonomy Capabilities” metaboxes in the right sidebar.
