I had very little experience with forms in WordPress, but I needed one for a new site. My searches led to this plugin mostly because of its good ratings. I found it easy to install, and the user interface is intuitive enough to pretty much just jump in and create relatively straightforward forms. Different kinds of fields as well as explanatory text were pretty much point and click. I think the vast majority of users will be completely satisfied, which is why I gave it a good rating. It also has professional support that monitors the message boards. I ended up going for a more powerful premium plugin because some of the things I wanted, such as multiple fields on one line and even more control of the form fields, were not supported in this one as far as I could determine. After further research, my wants turned out to be things only a few very high end commercial plugins support. Nevertheless, that should not keep users who only want a typical web-type form from being very satisfied, as other reviewers confirm.
