I’ve been using this plugin for about 6 years. It has many good features and has mostly been a very good plugin for my client’s site which allows people to book consultations through the site. Nikola had always been very responsive in fixing problems and helping to resolve issues with the plugin. However, for over a year now he has refused to fix a bug that appeared in an update where he had changed/improved the back end user interface. This bug affects the selection of the day, date and time when creating appointments on the back end, and has been reported multiple times by multiple users, including providing documentation about the problem. The bug doesn’t make the plugin impossible to use, but does make it very awkward and confusing and should be reasonably easy to fix. His lack of support on this issue has been very disappointing and frustrating. I have stayed with this plugin for now, since my client’s site hasn’t needed to use it much for a while now, but if that changes I’m sorry to say I will be looking for a different plugin.
