• While “missed chats” can normally be deleted from the dashboard “chat transcripts” can’t and customer support could not provide any logical explanation or solution for this except switching to another web browser which didn’t help.

    Another thing – if you want to use some basic features like sending transcript emails after chat is over you will have to pay for it.

    Finally, for some strange reason “live chat console” showing the same users coming in and out the website all the time even if they are on the website for a long time.

    Although it is a great idea, some things does not work as expected. Please fix this and I will be happy to give you a 5 star review. Thank you.
