According to the issue with site speed. Could you give us a link (your website) to check the issue? It’s very very strange because the widget loading asynchronously, so it shouldn’t affect the website speed.

After verification, the slow speed was caused another plugin which was installed along with whatshelp.
This is a statement correcting my comment above. Sorry guys, is anyway i can retrieve it?
