Good… but, support!

    This plugin has some great features and as a general rule it works quite well. Minor gripe is the lack of prebuilt, pre-designed templates that other popup plugins/systems offer. We subscribed at the full rate, $247/annually.

    However we had a specific popup that was not functioning as intended which targets a specific segment of customers during checkout. In spite of following all the recommendations provided, granting a WP Admin login, the plugin continued to fail at the intended use case.

    At this point their support stopped responding to the ticket and my requests for support without explanation.

    The ticket was opened mid -March, and it’s now late August, 5 months.

    If they resolve this I will change this review. Else, we won’t be continuing with our subscription come renewal and this review stays as-is and will be downgraded to 2-stars.

    The ball, as it has been since March, is in your court…

    @forefront – Sorry to hear that. Can you email our support and ask directly for me. I’ll definitely dig into this and see why things broke down. That doesn’t sound acceptable at all.
