• This plugin has a lot of great features and the end results are ok but the support “9 pm – 3 am Pacific Time, Monday – Friday.” does me no good and working in the admin is agonizing. The tours come out nice but the functionality of the Floorplan is weird and buggy and barely works on mobile if at all. When we brought up problems on mobile that are totally obviously broken (the map points float on top of the tooltips so you can’t read any of the text) they don’t fix it. It’s not a matter of preference, it’s broken for weeks and not being fixed. We had to stop using all the tap and mouseover text bc it looks horrible.
