Good but buggy and terrible support

When Elementor works, it’s great. But many times, it doesn’t work. The support is terrible, taking days to reply. They often blame other plugins or themes, it’s never their fault. I am currently converting all my sites away from Elementor, I am tired of this constant headache where I have to troubleshoot something new all the time because the developers don’t test their product.
