  • So far I really like this plugin and the functionality is great. I have the Pro version.

    But… I have to say the support response is very slow. I have tickets that sit for days, which is not great during development.

    Then I will have tickets that are answered quickly. The support is sometimes god and, as I said above, sometimes i wait a few days. If you are not under a deadline, then its not a big deal, but when you need help fast, the support can be frustrating.

    Again, the functionality of this plugin is Awesome.
