 * I would like to know how to let a bot pass. For example, in the list there is
   Qwant. I want to let this bot pass. How to do ?

 * Yes, you can disable / enable bots.
 * I suggest to you take a look the startup guide.
    Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots =
   > Settings
