• I’ve been using The whole Virtual Events Marketing bundle for six months and in many ways it’s great – the integration was fairly straightforward and I love the way the whole calendar, ticket sales, Paypal and Zoom integration works.

    However I’ve had many issues with it and tech support is slow and not very skilled. I’ve either had to work around my issues or fix them myself in 90% of my support queries. I often have to wait for over 24 hours for a response – and when I get it, it usually doesn’t fix the problem.

    Ticket sales are a time-sensitive issue. These plugins are not cheap. I lose money if people can’t buy tickets when they come to my site, yet there seems to be little urgency in fixing problems which have cropped up every few weeks. It could be world beating if it hadn’t opted to keep customers at arms length.
