    It works really very good but the generated pdf looks horrible. And there is no possibility to customize it. The support does not answer if we need help. I can not understand why you have 5 stars from other customers. Maybe if I rate you with 1 star, I get an answer.

    Hi @evsdm,

    Sorry for the issue you face with PDF export and logo image, also for a very long feedback on this 🙁

    Somehow slipped through, especially right now when we have tight schedules on other projects.

    Must say that we tested the pdf generatorn on quite a lot of servers and most widely used png,jpg,svg logos, and had no issues with reading the images. But there easilly can be that on some servers pdf generator somehow cant read the image from the server. Unfortunetly not much we can do there without manually looking into problem on that specific server.

    We try do do our best to make plugin work on all the possible servers and configurations, but unfortunetly things not always as you would like them to be. Sorry for that.

    Hope to your understanding and hope you still enjoy using the plugin.

    Please also notice that we developed and keep maintaining this plugin in our free time. And unfortunetly feedback and help can take sime time.
