I have a subscription to Gonzales Version 2.2. I recently setup a dev site that was not public but it included the plugin too. I have since removed it but the production site where I use Gonzales will not let me activate it and tells me to “Looks like you installed Gonzales on all available slots. Please extend a license to use the plug-in on another websites”.

I only have the one instance now and I would like my license reactivated. I emailed support at the website after I had logged into my account but no-one has responded. Do I just need to cancel or can I get some help please?

Also, this Asset Manager page shows as the home page for Gonzales. Obviously it is different. What are the differences?

    TIA

    Hello

The Gonzales plugin and Assets Manager are different plugins from different developers, but both have the same functionality.

Where did you buy Gonzales? Contact the developer where you bought Gonzales.

That is what I thought but when I click on the “View Details” of the plugin, WordPress Assets manager page shows with the link to support being this one.

Sounds like someone is playing around, no?

You can install this particular WordPress Assets manager plugin and make sure that they are different plugins.
Here is our website where you can purchase the premium version of our plugin. https://clearfy.pro/compare-plans/

So where did you buy the plugin?

From them but if you didn’t know about this then surely you will issue some kind of statement about it. Why would another plugin point to you and this support page? Asking for a friend….

This is because the plugin’s slugs match, but the Gonzales plugin was never in The WordPress repository, since it was distributed on other sites.

Gotcha. Hope you can see why I posted here. I think it is time to uninstall.
