    I am not receiving emails from the file upload process using the FS forms.

    1. We are hosted via GoDaddy.
    2. We use Google Apps for our email.
    3. We have 2 different email accounts from the same domain.
    4. When the forms are submitted, we do get the confirmation email.
    5. We’ve also use the test email tool, and it works.
    6. We’ve deactivated all plugins, and still no email.

    What else are we missing?

    I went thru your FAQ document entitled: “Problem: I do not receive email, email does not send, or always goes to the Spam folder.”

    I went thru steps 1, 2, 3(a), 3(b), 3(c), 4, and our webmaster is currently checking the server logs for #7.

    I can even send you screenshots of our FS configuration settings, but I don’t know how to send an attachment via this WP forum.
