Support » Theme: Twenty Eleven » Going PHP 5.6 to 7.2 or 7.3 main content vanishes

  • First of all my skill level consists of using FTP and basic editing skills. My host demands I upgrade from my current level of PHP 5.6 to 7.2 or 7.3. When I do, all the main content disappears and only the reader comments remain. I’ve updated all WordPress versions of main offering and plugins, plus I’ve upgraded 2011 v 3.3 now.

I back-leveled to PHP 5.6 until I can resolve. Thanks in advance!

  • I just tested Twenty Eleven on 7.3.1 right now and it still displays content correctly for me. Most likely it is a plugin having issues.

Have you disabled all plugins while leaving Twenty Eleven active to see if that resolves the issue? If it does, you can re-enable each plugin one by one, testing after activation to find the culprit.
