 * I am new to go daddy and cpanel and WordPress.
 * I am wondering how i set it up and put in a new theme and basically set up WordPress
   in the cpanel i am noob.

 * Major hosting providers like GoDaddy have a one click WordPress Install Application
   so if you see that application, just click on it and WordPress will be installed
   in seconds (literally) for you. Note that during the process, you will be asked
   to supply login information as an administrator. Use that login information to
   log in the site and go to Appearance -> Themes. This is where you can find all
   the themes including the themes you uploaded to WordPress one way or another.
