Godaddy Trouble…

I’ve used godaddy with wordpress without problems, but I’m having troubles with installing wordpress on a different site.

I believe the issue has to do with setting the priviledges on a usersname (the thing, which has access to the database) to all. Before, when I installed wordpress I’ve managed to find how to do this through godaddy and stuff, but I don’t know how to change the privileges on usernames with godaddy. Does anyone have any answers?

The error message, which I’ve checked to make sure everything is correct, and it is:

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at mysql19.secureserver.net. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
