 * can anybody please share the godaddy settings for sending out emails from a wordpress
   contact form, using contact7 and Easy WP SMTP.

 * GoDaddy settings that work for me are as follows:
 * SMTP Host: smtpout.secureserver.net
    Encryption: None Port: 80 SMTP Authentication:
   Yes SMTP Username: the user name (complete e-mail address) of the GoDaddy e-mail
   account that you are using to send SMTP Password: the password that you assigned
   to your GoDaddy e-mail account
 * I have had problems with the GoDaddy e-mail accounts that are included with domains
   and hosting plans. I’m not sure why, but GoDaddy Workspace e-mail accounts are
   more reliable. Test your GoDaddy SMTP Username and SMTP Password at [http://email.secureserver.net](http://email.secureserver.net)
   to be sure that they are correct before entering them in the Easy WP SMTP configuration.

 * GoDaddy is not using smtp, I have been trying to solve this problem too.

 * Hi Canyasa,
 * What makes you think GoDaddy is not using SMTP? We have 15 SMTP accounts with
   GoDaddy. I’d recommend that you contact GoDaddy if you want more info about their
   SMTP services. Once you determine that GoDaddy fully supports SMTP, use the settings
   I posted above.

 * GoDaddy online support told me exactly this “GoDaddy doesn’t use smtp server,
   we only use relay e-mail server”, however I used your solution and worked perfectly,
   thanks! I guess you work at GoDaddy I highly recommend that to tell support people
   to learn before they try to help customers. Seriously they have no idea about
   this wordpress smtp issue.

   these settings below for my old wordpress site and works great<br>
    SMTP Host:
   smtpout.secureserver.net Encryption: None Port: 80 SMTP Authentication: Yes SMTP

   GoDaddy e-mail account<br><br>
 * However, I have created a new site and put same settings but it didn’t work. 
   I keep getting “SMTP connect() failed. [https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting&#8221](https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting&#8221);.
   Any ideas?
