    PHP/PHP5.ini files are not included among the default files of your hosting account. You may be able to obtain a php5.ini file with the correct settings from the manufacturer of the application you're using, but we would be unable to provide you with the necessary code to create this type of file. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

    I am just trying to increase the maximum size of files I can upload because I need to import a 15mb WP XML file. I've tried adding the lines to the regular php.ini file in the root of my server, but it has done nothing.
