# GODADDY .. please help

 * Hi, I have been trying now for hours to get it working, read endless posts, most
   seem to be old and the settings are not valid. Nothing helped.
 * Very simple: I would like to send emails with contact7 and SMTP auth from a WordPress
   installation on GoDaddy.
 * host: a2plcpnl0499.prod.iad2.secureserver.net
    port 465 SSL encrypt SMTP auth
 * These settings at least now allow me sending emails using the “send test”, but
   still no emails from the contact forms in WordPress
 * Any ideas …. please …

 * If you are using godaddy, do go with SMTP use plugin which uses Gmail API for
   sending emails.

 * If you are using godaddy, don’t go with SMTP use plugin which uses Gmail API 
   for sending emails.
