Go To Top Remove

Could sure use some help. On a 10 point scale, I’m a 4 in terms of tech. Began to repair Markup Validation errors, the first of which involved a linked image in a Go to Top function. I deleted the image, but it’s been replaced by a photobucket image. Obviously, there’s still a call in there somewhere for the Go to Top function, but I’ve searched for hours and can’t find it. Again, any direction would be appreciated.
