Go 2 Blog After Login Instead of Dboard

Does anyone know of a way to have the user routed to the blog’s page instead of the dashboard after logging in?
Many of my new users are getting completely confused because they are not bloggers and have no idea what they are looking at when they login for the first time.
They also don’t know enough to click on the “visit site” button.
