# GnuTLS recv error (-9)

 * Hi there,
 * Just installed the plug-in, but on the front end I get an error where the content
   of the plug-in should be displayed:
 * <!– GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.–
   >
 * Not sure what’s wrong. The API is set-up and the access token is generated.
 * Any thoughts?

 * a quick look up on google indicates it’s a bug with the gnutls library, I suggest
   you contact your host
