# gmt_offset is empty

 * Hi,
    I’ve been debugging why blog-posts on my site was showing incorrect time(
   e.g. “posted 5 minutes ago” when it should be “posted about an hour ago”.) This
   has led me to the theme who uses the gmt_offset to determine how long ago the
   post was posted. And then i can see that the option gmt_offset in table options,
   is empty. It is empty even though i have set timezone to Oslo.
 * Any clue why my gmt_offset is set to empty?
