    I’m sorry to see you are having issues with email notifications.

    We use Amazon web services to send the mail, and they are usually very reliable regarding email delivery. But sometimes, specific company domain servers reject genuine emails, considering them spam. I believe this is the issue here.     We have also shared this article in your previous email conversations. We are helpless here because email deliverability depends on several factors, and we do not have direct control over them. You can try adding another email in our notification settings and see if that works as expected. Alternatively, you can use our Google Sheets integration and response page to collect the data.
