    Hello,

    Thank you for this plugin.

I just installed it, and the settings page

    …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cmtt_settings

…says: “Hooray! Your plugin is activated and ready to go!”

Except on a page where I used the shortcodes:

[glossary_exclude] Prevent the glossary from parsing this text [/glossary_exclude]

Those shortcodes appear in the live page.

    1. I’m using a theme editor.
    2. I used the Text tab NOT the Visual tab of the theme editor.

All 243 pages on the site have theme designed pages, required by the client, so I cannot use the plain Jane WP text editor for pages.

I’ve cleared the server Varnish cache, WP Rocket Cache, CloudFlare cache and the shortcodes still appear in the page.

How can I get the shortcodes to not appear and have the text in the page not be parsed?

    Thank you,

    Chris

This has gone away. It is resolved. The shortcodes no longer appear in the text live on the page.

For anyone running into this is what worked in my case (using the Divi Theme, Text Module).

I replaced opening and closing paragraph tags with the opening and closing shortcodes.
