    Hi

I’ve created about 20 glossary terms, all following the same method, and only 4 of them are appearing on the Glossary page.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

  • A link where I can see the problem? Maybe is only a problem of the theme or on the settings of your wordpress about archive pages.

I have a similar issue. It get to the point where it will only list maybe 5 terms per category. I have even clicked on the update terms and still nothing.

Just tested it with about 5 different themes, still having the same problem. Is there a limit on the free version as to how many terms can be displayed per category? If so, it wasn’t well documented.

There is no limit, is used the configuration of wordpress for the archives. As asked I need a link where happen to confirm the problem 🙂

Hi Daniele – sorry for not repling earlier. The problem has gone away, they are all appearing on the Glossary page now.

I think I just needed to wait until the next day

Wow! Quick response! That’s a huge plus. Unfortunately, I can’t give you a link, because I have it on a development server.

The archive are not cached by the plugin so if the items are not listed there is something on the WordPress installation that is creating issues.
Our plugin is standard from that side so you need to check the wordpress configuration or of the template.
