ounds strange. We have sites with more than 100 terms. Suggest you check js error in web console. You are welcome to send link

I’m not that technical when it comes to javascript…. how and what would I be looking for in an error?

Hoping to get this resolved as I would love to support the plugin by going pro!

As far as I can tell there is no JS error related to CM Super Tooltip Glossary. It appears that the knowledge base, , which is setup to be the page for the glossary (permalink changed to kb), any content also disappears after the 15th item. Maybe a theme issue???

could eliminate try switching theme add see if this solves the issue or deactivate all other plugins to see if one of them have conflict with tooltip. To check erros if u use Chrome right click and Inspect Element, once the bottom frame is open go to console tab and look at the bottom for errors

Changed the theme to twenty twelve. works fine. not sure whats different between the two themes to cause the glossary to disappear after 15 items. Does pro version support include troubleshooting the issue of this plugin with my chosen theme?

It’s as if this for some reason does not load when I add the 15th glossary term.

<p style="text-align: center;">This section should help those who are learning and others who just want to brush up on their terms and techniques. Though not truly a sitemap, all individual terms at some point will correlate to an article. Also, you'll probably have noticed, in every article we have “Key Terms” at the top so you can study up before we start throwing jargon at you. Feel free to search here for any information you need related to photographic jargon, as well as to find some more helpful articles!</p>

We can not support this in pro. In pro we have several ways of displaying items (server and client side) so this may work but i can not promise.
Did u check for errors in console ? could be that jquery can not load ?

I don’t have the skill to make that judgement :/

After playing with themes all day today it seems that there’s a 50/50 shot of having issues with the actual glossary page showing up depending on what theme you have. I think it has something to do with mobile responsive themes, and how the glossary page responds to having that 15th item, an issue with re sizing maybe?

In fact I think that’s exactly it, an issue with mobile responsive themes/re sizing.

each theme has it own defenitions and way of presenting data so i can not comment on your finding. Generaly speaking tooltip is installed in probably more than 1000 sites with no input as your so i guess it has to do with your own specific theme
in pro the way paging is applied is differnet (two ways) so you can try this also

I appreciate your help with this issue, and though it seems it appears in a few different themes, there is just no way to explain why the content of the post (including the glossary itself) all disappears after adding the 15th item. I’ve gone so far as to run on a test domain a fresh WP install and am able to replicate the problem an all the same themes (no plugins installed). It seems like there’s something in the plugin that is interfering with the theme/post content, but as I said before I’m not that technical, and I can’t justify the upgrade to pro with no indication of correct functionality.
