Globally remove null tags

    I’m trying to clean up my tags, I used a auto tagging plugin before (I forgot the name) and it added lots of tags on the database, 50% of them are null (empty) or has only 1 entries linked. Are there any ways to clean up all my tags so it will delete all the tags that has zero posts or only 1 post? Thanks
