Global Shopping Cart in multisite

    Is there a way to display a global shopping cart in a multisite? Lets say people order from:
    domain.com/restaurant1
    domain.com/restaurant2
    domain.com/restaurant3
    having the shopping cart to display the orders from all the restaurants all at once on the right column, so when user checks out, it pays for all the food in one shot?

    How did you resolve this?

    I’ve got a similar setup: a multilingual site with Multisite, which should have a global cart, so that switching languages (=sites) does not switch shops.
