Global Search of code via Dashboard?

    Are there any native ways to do global substitutions in a WordPress site’s code/pages?

    Or are there good plugins, etc for this? I found wp-cli but I don’t know that I can get shell access or install this in the hosting environment. Is there a plugin that would help with this (i.e.something like Velvet Blues for URLS, but not just for URL changes).
